3.3 COMMUNITY FINDINGS

The following sections provide information from baseline and intermediate site visits. The baseline information provides background on the nature and extent of community drug problems, local community occurrences that may have influenced awareness or attitudes about alcohol or drug use, and local anti-drug media campaigns. The intermediate site visit information reflects changes that were found following early exposure to the Phase I Media Campaign, local community activities to support the Media Campaign, and community and media responses to the Media Campaign.
