The Media Campaign television ads are available in RealVideo and Quick Time formats. The RealVideo format is "streamed" video, which means the file is downloaded while you are viewing it. This makes the file very quick to launch. Your browser requires a RealVideo player to read the file. If you do not already have this player, you may download it for free by clicking on the RealPlayer button. The Quick Time format is a downloaded file. It may take considerably longer to launch. Quick Time files may be viewed on Windows or Macintosh systems, and require the Quick Time player, which may be downloaded for free by clicking on the Quick Time button. If you are experiencing problems viewing RealVideo from behind a firewall, you can fix this problem by setting preferences in the RealVideo player. Click on the link to the TV ad you would like to see. RealPlayer should be launched automatically. In RealPlayer, go to the View pull-down menu, pull down to Preferences, then select the Transport tab. Check "Use specified transports" and, using both the "RTSP Settings" and "PNA Settings" buttons, check "Use HTTP Only." Click the "OK" button and the file will play. If you are not behind a firewall, but are unable to view the RealVideo files, be sure you have the most current player. You may download it for free by clicking on the RealPlayer button. The Media Campaign radio ads are in WAV format. In Netscape Navigator, WAV files are handled by a native browser plug-in or by a Quick Time plug-in. In Navigator, the WAV file should play automatically when you click on the link. If it does not, you can download the Quick Time plug-in for free by clicking the Quick Time button. In Internet Explorer, WAV files are handled by a media player such as RealPlayer. If you do not already have a player, you may download RealPlayer Basic for free by clicking on the RealPlayer button. The Media Campaign print ads are available in both JPEG and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) formats. A large JPEG version of each ad is shown in your browser when you click on the ad link. You can download this image. Right click with your mouse on the ad and select "Save Image As ..." (Navigator) or "Save Picture As…" (Explorer) to save the image to your computer. You can also view and print a high-quality PDF version of each ad using the Adobe Acrobat Reader. The file should open automatically when you click on the PDF link. If it does not, you can download the Adobe Acrobat Reader for free by clicking on the Get Acrobat Reader button. The Media Campaign banner ads can be downloaded to your computer and placed on your web site. There are two varieties of banners: click-through banners and flash PSAs.
